Analog sub-circuits for 10 bit, 2.5Msps ADC IP core

Analog to digital converter (ADC) is one of the core circuits in today's System-on-Chip. The IP core of ADC consists of successive-approximation-register converter circuit, along with analog sub-circuits including reference voltage, fully differential amplifier, and input channel multiplexer. Satisfying given specifications of an ADC, analog sub-circuits need to be designed carefully.This paper presents BGR, LDO, PGA and MUX switches of the ADC IP core which has been designed in GSMC's 0.35um FS13Q7P6 CMOS process technology.
