A Loop Shaping Control Strategy for Boost-Inverter Topology Applied to Wind Turbine Generators

This paper presents a Loop shaping controller based on
$H_{\infty}$
for a full power conversion system. The system is based on permanent magnet synchronous wind generator and a Boost-Inverter topology in order to supply the generated energy in the grid. This controller is designed to reduce the low and mid frequency ripples generated by the wind turbine speed and the 3-phase inverter respectively. Results demonstrate adequate performance and the fulfillment of control objectives.
