Match Corrected Receiver Calibration of VNAs

With the rapid development of components, we need higher measurement accuracy on the power testing. The traditional VNAs can calibrate the source power and the receiver, but did not consider the mismatch between DUT and the VNA 's port, resulting in a direct error in the receiver calibration. In this paper, a match corrected receiver calibration for VNAs is proposed to improve the power measurement accuracy.
