Novel Spark Plug for Microwave Ignition

Herein, we propose a novel coaxial resonator for microwave ignition with a resonant frequency of 2.45 GHz. Our simulation results show that it can generate an electric field intensity of \pmb1.9×10

Pa. Our experimental findings show that this spark plug can achieve stable ignition for combustion under air at an input power of 90W.
