Research of the Electromagnetic Method for the Control Rolled Steel of the Same Grade of Various Manufacturer

In the work the possibility of experimentally determining the differences in the characteristics of rolled of ferromagnetic steel in the process of its production and inspection test is considered. The electromagnetic converter of differential type with a ferrite core was developed to increase the sensitivity. As a result of experimental research using standard measuring equipment, good resolution ability has been obtained and it has been proved that it is possible to distinguish the properties of rolled steel of one grade manufactured at various plants, which ultimately improves the quality of the output products by making the inspection test.
