7 Machine Learning: The DL on ML

In order to create a more just technological world, we need more diverse voices at the table when we create technology. To do this, we need to employ conventional solutions like reducing barriers to entry and addressing the “leaky pipeline” issues that make mid-career professionals drop out or stall on their way to the top. I think we also need to add an unconventional solution: we need to add nuance to the way we talk about all things digital. This is easier said than done.
