Wireless Communication in Medical Devices: Research Challenges

With the advancement of wireless communication, there has been an exponential growth in the need for Wireless communication in medical devices. Due to this fact, wireless sensor networking is getting special attention of many researchers. Today we can get to see wide range of medical devices that work on wireless sensor networking. These devices have almost replaced the conventional medical devices that had hundreds of wires. By the end of 2016, the number of wireless sensors in U.S alone has reached 100 million.
