Features and Principles of the Formation of ≪Smart City≫

The authors consider smart city as a system of a large number of interacting subsystems that require openness and standardization. In a “smart” city, investments in social and human capital, modern information and communication infrastructures and technologies entail sustainable economic development, improving the quality of life and environmental management.
