Modelling the Risk Degree when Managing Emergency Situation Liquidation

In this work we have suggested an algorithm that estimates a risk degree of the made decisions and which is based on the decision tree apparatus and Nature games. The main tool is the Hurwitz criterion, whose parameter shows the degree of risk that exists in the made decisions. The simulation modelling was performed in the context of resource management support within the emergency situation.
