Increase of the Methods of Program-target Planning of the Knowledge-intensive Sectors

Shortcomings of the existing order of programtarget planning in conditions of transition to a post-industrial economy and global digitalization are determined. The main requirements for increasing the efficiency of program-target planning in knowledge-intensive industries have been formulated: foresight methods, digitalization tools, public private partnership quality, an intermediate assessment of the effectiveness of government programs, and timely adjustment of plans (agile tools).
