Analysis of Starting Characteristics of Plunger Pump Driven by Brushless DC Motor

By analyzing the structure and theory of plunger pump hydraulic system driven by brushless DC motor, the speed of motor and pressure of the hydraulic system are studied in the paper. The rise time of the motor speed is almost the same with load flow of liquid changed. But the rise time of the pressure extends with load flow increasing. At the starting process, the power of the load is very high because of the accumulator and pipelines. The experimental results show the process with different flow of liquid.
