Research on Modeling and Simulation of Aircraft Cabin Pressure Regulating System Based on Stepper Motor Servo System

Cabin pressure regulating system is an important part of aircraft environmental control system, it is the equipment to overcome the adverse effects of environment on human and equipment when the aircraft is flying at high altitude, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of aircraft. A stepper motor is an actuator that transforms electrical pulses into angular displacement. The angular displacement can be controlled by controlling the number of pulses, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning. Based on the characteristics of the stepper motor, it is applied to the aircraft cabin pressure regulating system here. The adjustment of the aircraft cabin pressure is achieved by changing the opening degree of the valve. The opening degree of the valve is controlled by the motor in the cabin pressure control system, so that when the air pressure outside is changed, and the actual pressure in the cabin can be changed according to the pressure value specified by the pressure system. The simulation results verify the validity and feasibility of the stepper servo system applied to the aircraft cabin pressure regulating system.
