A description scheme for video based on feature extraction in the compressed domain

Feature extraction in the compressed domain enables fast but somewhat inaccurate computation. We describe a video description scheme that makes use of a combination of features extracted in the compressed domain so as to compensative for the lack of accuracy of each individual extraction.
