The Mechanism of Low-Temperature Transformation in Nicherome

The mechanism of low-temperature transformation in nichrome and K-effect are considered from the point of view of the dependence of electrical properties on temperature. It is established that the K-effect was due to a change in the density of electronic states at the Fermi level in the course of atomic ordering.
