Synthesis of the Replacement Scheme of the Electric Impulse Device Cleaning the Coal Dust from the Surface of the Electrostatic Filters

Electrostatic filters for cleaning gaseous media from coal dust are widely used at enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. With their help, the separation of materials by the method of separating dispersed particles using electrostatic effect and deodorization takes place. When electrostatic filters work on the electrodes-plates, the accumulation of a layer of coal dust constantly occurs. With the increase of the coal dust layer, the quality of cleaning by filters of the gaseous medium is sharply reduced, which causes the need for periodic maintenance on their cleaning. In high-power production plants, sedimentary and corona electrode plates are mechanically shaken, while the deposited layer of coal dust under the influence of gravity is poured into a special hopper and then disposed of. Among the known methods of cleaning electrodes-plates of electrostatic filters (mechanical force, generation of sound vibrations), the greatest effect is given by the use of electric impulse cleaning devices. In such a device there is a high-voltage discharge of the capacitive storage on the actuator, consisting of an inductor coil and an anchor (conductive plate). As a result of the interaction of eddy currents in the anchor with the magnetic field of the inductor coil during the transition process, a countable in milliseconds, there is an electromagnetic pulse that creates the maximum displacement and acceleration of the cleaned surface of the plates-electrodes of the electrostatic filter in the range of elastic mechanical stresses. In this article the technique to calculation of parameters of the two-circuit scheme of replacement of the electric impulse device of cleaning based on decomposition of the curve of attenuation of a direct current in the short-circuited coil of an inductor with an anchor in an exponential series is offered. The decomposition of the current curve in the inductor coil in the amount of two exponents allows to record the operator resistance of the replacement circuit of the electric impulse cleaning device, and on it to obtain formulas for determining its parameters. The use of scheme of replacement of electric impulse cleaning devices allows to use the well developed mathematical apparatus of the theory of electrical circuits to optimize the power exposure for the plate electrodes of the electrostatic precipitators. Determination of the DC attenuation curve in the inductor coil with an anchor at varying the distance between them is based on the calculation of a non-stationary magnetic field with an attached chain in the ELCUT 6.0 software package (professional version).
