A Public Key Cryptosystem with Integrated Lattice

With the development of quantum computing technology, the research of lattice-based public key cryptography had some achievements. But the size of the lattice-based public key is too large for use. To solve this problem, a public key cryptosystem with integrated lattice is proposed in this paper. The algorithm in this paper can effectively avoid the transmission of large size lattice public key, and can also complete identity authentication and information transmission at the same time. The most important thing is that the algorithm can achieve the effect of one-time-pad encryption because of the immediacy and randomness of the integration key.
