Decentralized Smart Multi-Agent Voltage Regulation in Electric Grids. Ideology and Modeling

The paper presents the principles of constructing Decentralized Multi-Agent System of compromising regulation of voltage in electric grids with the voltage of 0,4 - 110 kV by distributed means of compensation of reactive capacity, the possibilities of its modeling and the results of research of its operating capability and efficiency on a concrete example, including the one with the use of innovative patented devices of Demand Side Management - the Normalizer of AC voltage.
