Two-Step Localization of Near-Field Sources Using Compressed Sensing with Two Coordinate Systems

This paper focuses on the localization of the nearfield sources by using compressed sensing with array antenna. A novel two-step method with two coordinate systems is proposed for estimating the angle and distance of each near-field source. Estimation performance of source locations by the proposed method is evaluated by computer simulation.
