The Acquisition of Characteristics of Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension Cylinder Based on Parameter Correction

In order to reduce the number of testing and obtain the total characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinders, the acquisition based on parameter correction and testing data is proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of the cylinder is established. Testing data of three sinusoidal excitations under different loads are used as training samples. Parameters of the model are identified and corrected via adaptive multi-elite mutation particle swarm optimization (AMMPSO) algorithm. The error of force between the modified model and the measurements under other loads is less than 1.5%. According to the modified model, the static and dynamic stiffness characteristics, damping indicator diagrams, velocity characteristics and other characteristics under different loads can be acquired. This method simplifies the characteristic testing of hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder significantly and can be used as the nondestructive examination.
