Statistical Feature Analysis of EEG Alpha Asymmetry Between Relaxed and Non-Relaxed

In the previous study, the EEG data features which comprise of relaxed and non-relaxed conditions were clustered to a group of three, four and five using Fuzzy C-Means. Alpha waves were selected and collected from the pre-frontal right and prefrontal left, computed into alpha asymmetry to become as the EEG features. To ensure which data features in the clusters showed a significant difference, p <;. 05, a statistical test was used. Since the data features is a small sample data per cluster, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test is the best-statistical test to verify the selected clusters. Analytical results showed that the data features of four clusters and three clusters give a significant difference, thus the obtained results can be used to further up the study.
