About Import Substitution in the Field of Information Technologies

The implementation of the policy of import substitution in the field of information technology in Russia is being considered. The review of the information technology market before the start of import substitution is given. The implementation activities are outlined strategy of import substitution. The characteristic of the import substitution plan for the period from 2015 to 2025 is presented. The first results of import substitution in the field of information technologies are stated.
