Specifics of Management Quality Implementation to Information Systems and Products

Quality management implementation is quite different in many spheres. In the paper, specifics of its implementation to information systems and products are observed, as well as in companies that produce them. Undoubtedly, TQM is one of the most popular and applicable concepts in sphere of production. While its implementation is quite different even in leading companies in one sphere. In the paper, Google and Apple practices are observed. Moreover, some elements of this concept are specified. Among them are quantitative indicators of quality, benchmarking, customers learning, corrective actions, goals of the product development, suppliers pooling, statistical thinking and teamwork. Nevertheless, the most important issue about quality management in informational systems is personal competences and development, that is one of TQM elements and the one that determines product quality.
