Development of a Software Package Designed to Support Distance Education for Disabled People

Today, the society pays much attention to the problem of adapting people with disabilities, in particular, to improving the quality of their education and ways of teaching. The article describes the development of the software package "Surdotelephone" with the help of intelligent data processing technologies, such as machine learning methods, to help people with hearing impairments who receive distance education. The project provides recognition by dactyl of sign language.
