All-dielectric metamaterials in visible spectral range. Anapole mode excitation

In this paper we present new metamaterial based on dielectric slab with perforated holes. In this structure, electric and toroidal dipoles states anapole mode (antiphase oscilation) in the optical frequency range. Our metamaterial has great potential for various kinds of optical devices due to the simplicity of fabrication at the nanoscale regime.
