Design of a New Type of Automatic Cage Door with Hydraulic Drive

In order to improve the coal mine safety production, achieve high yield and high efficiency, improve the working conditions of workers, comprehend the existing problems of the cage door, a new type of automatic cage door with space use effective, stable operation, rapid opening and closing, safety and reliability, convenient repaired was designed in this paper. Through the finite element analysis on the cage door bar stress, the bar stiffness and strength meet the requirements of stress and withstand the full impact of the major mine car in the car arrester malfunction.
