optimization of the structure of the hybrid power plants

The article presents the concept of software allowing to determine the optimal distribution of generating power in a hybrid power plant consisting of photovoltaic modules and wind turbines. The properties of hybrid systems using wind and solar generators are described. optimization criteria related to the selection of the structure of hybrid power plants to a given load were also discussed. Due to the nature of the optimization task, the genetic algorithm was used.
