Impedance Models in AnomalousElectrical Conduction Zones Forming by In-Vivo Experiments for Intelligent Systemsof Socially Important Diseases Diagnostic

The text proposes a parametric model of the biomaterial electrical resistance based on an analysis of the transient process. The model is designed to form a space of informative features for intelligent forecast systems of socially important diseases. To construct the space of informative features, the bioimpedance analysis is used in five bioactive points (BAP) by in vivo experiments. The parameters of the model in each BAP are determined by constructing the nonlinear regression equation from the transient response voltage samples in the BAP. The space of informative features is formed as the form of two time series, each pair of components of which describes the parameters of the biomaterial model at a given moment of impact by the Heaviside pulse, and the elements of the series describes the evolution of the resistance and capacitance of the parametric model of the electrical resistance of BAP in the process of affecting it by Heaviside pulses. An automated system for studying the bioimpedance transient characteristics was developed, including the design of interface windows and a unified module for generating normalized effects and the response signal of the bioobject digitizing. Studying transient characteristics of the BAP of a high-speed ADC module with a USB 2.0 interface-E20-10, manufactured by “L-Card ZAO” (Close Joint-stock Company) was used as a conversion unit. During the study of transient processes the “impact-reaction” procedure is implemented in real time. The functional diagrams of the hardware part of the device for studying the BAP transient characteristics are presented in this text.
