Inductance Imitator Instead of Toroidal Coil?

Three inductance imitator models of 100 mH being four-terminal networks with 4TP definition were developed. The devices are suitable for shipment by any means of transport. Main characteristics of the imitators were compared with those of 100-mH inductance standard EI-2 (analogue of GR1482-L) from VNIIM group standard. The experimental results confirm feasibility of 100-mH inductance standard comparisons by using the inductance imitators instead of the commonly used standards with toroidal windings.
