AC Magnetometer Calibrations from 50 Hz up to 100 kHz at NMIJ

National metrology institute of Japan developed a system for calibrations of AC magnetometers at 50 Hz-60 Hz in 2012. However, demands for calibrations of AC magnetometers in high frequencies are increasing specially in the field of EMC measurement. In this paper, the AC magnetic field standard system is reevaluated and applied to AC magnetometer calibrations in high frequencies. The highest frequency is up to 100 kHz.
