Traceability to UTC Using the SIM Time Network Bilateral Comparisons

This paper describes how the Time and Frequency Laboratory of CENAMEP is preparing its process to use the SIM Time Network Bilateral Comparison as backup link to demonstrate the traceability to UTC for his calibration and dissemination services following the CCTF-WGMRA Guideline 9: CCTF criteria for obtaining traceability in Time and Frequency, and the procedures and uncertainty estimation explained in this document can be used as example for other Time and Frequency laboratories in SIM region that have similar characteristics as CENAMEP AIP, and are seeking to demonstrate traceability using the SIM Time Network.
