Balanced Circuits Based on Half-Wavelength Microstrip Line

Half-wavelength microstrip line has the phase difference of 180 degree, which makes it suitable to design balanced circuits. In this paper, the balanced ring hybrid, the balanced branch-line coupler, and the balanced filter realized based on half-wavelength microstrip line are reviewed and discussed.
