Modeling and simulation of a direct drive actuator

Structure and principle of a direct drive actuator (DDA) is studied, and based on the AMESim simulation environment, a simulation model of the DDA system is built. The simulation result of the model is analyzed theoretically and compared with the actual test data, and it shows that the model is real and reliable, its performance is satisfactory. It has assistance and guidance to the design of DDA's structural parameters and control strategy and to the simulation development of flight control system.
