What Kind of Leader Do You Want To Be?

The literature can be rather confusing in this regard as so much has been published on so many different approaches to leadership. But I suspect you may have a pretty good idea of the kind of leader you want to be based on the leadership styles you have witnessed during your career. Over the past 40 years, I have had the opportunity to observe many leaders-both good and bad. I have come to the conclusion that there are only two kinds of leader-those who serve and those who are self-serving. In the long run, I contend the serving style is more effective. But the real question is what kind of leader do you want to be?
