Robust Stability to Delays of a Dual Congestion Control Scheme

Time-delay is an indispensable factor of Internet congestion control schemes. In this paper, a nonlinear dual algorithm is concerned to describe the congestion control. This algorithm incorporates a critical element: time-delay, where it is divided into round-trip propagation delay and queuing delay with a maximum value. We obtain the global asymptotic stability condition of the delayed algorithm via a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. And some simulations are given to verify the correctness of the condition.
