Finite-Time H-Infinity Control of a Fractional-Order Hydraulic Turbine Governing System

The finite-time H control of a fractional-order hydraulic turbine governing system (HTGS) is studied. First, a fractional-order HTGS as well as its generalized Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model is presented.
