Extended Abstract: Teaching Oral Presentation as Performance / Teaching Performance as Oral Presentation

Engineering communication courses at University of Toronto borrow techniques from theatre and performance to teach effective oral presentation skills. This panel will review student responses to these techniques, and will describe how they could be adapted to other teaching contexts.
