Abstract:

Today's digital age comprises of several gadgets such as smartphones, tablets and smartwatches. We communicate with each other through several digital media such as images, voice memos, emails and videos, and their transmission has to be secure and tamper-proof. This paper presents a scheme for encrypting an image is by using Logistic Map which would scramble the pixels of the image and the resultant cipher image will be XOR encrypted and then the output will be divided into different frequency coefficients by using Integer Wavelet Decomposition and the resultant low frequency coefficient wavelet will be shuffled using Logistic Map, and all the frequency coefficient wavelets will be combined by Inverse Integer Wavelet Transformation. Different techniques are performed to analyze the resultant encrypted image and it is found to be robust and totally untraceable.
