Design of the Auto-Variable Spraying System Based on ARM9&Linux

The paper takes the variable spraying part in the field of precision agriculture as the research object and puts forward a control method based on the prescription map to automatically adjust the spraying quantity. The system takes ARM9 as the core control components, obtaining position, travel speed of the sprayer by GPS positioning and the pressure and flow information provided by the pressure sensor and flow sensor to compare with the ideal spray amount in the prescription chart, effectively adjusting the electric valve and solenoid valve, which controls the actual amount of spray. Embedded in the Linux operating system, the system offers real-time and fast operation of various components. Through the field test, the spraying error is less than 5%, which realizes the design goal of automatically adjusting the amount of spray on demand.
