Design of FM Band Power Detection System Based on AD8362

In this paper, a design method of the FM band power detection system is introduced. In the FM radio transmitting system, it is necessary to monitor the transmitter forward/reverse power signals all the time. Due to the power of the transmitter is quiet large, the RF signal of the main channel needs to be coupled to the detection channel through a directional coupler in coaxial form. In the power detection system, the signal needs to be selected, filtered and converted to the voltage signal by the AD8362. And then the power value would be displayed on the LCD screen after the A/D conversion, data processing through the microcontroller. If abnormal power is detected, the system will alarm the indicator light. In the actual project, reference and basis are provided for the relevant system designers and managers.
