Numerical Study of the Output Characteristics of a Multi-Electrode Semiconductor Laser

A numerical approach based on the established model to study the output characteristics of a multi-electrode semiconductor laser has been presented. The study shows that the output power and wavelength depends on the carrier profile, which can be optimized.
