Fractal Dimensions in the Texture Analysis of MRI Liver Images

The computer representation of the medical image is the image matrix, where the gray levels corresponding to the element with the coordinates x, y create a more or less complex surface whose shape is far from smooth [4]. The study presents a study of homogeneous liver structures of MRI images using two fractal image analysis methods and the determination of those that are insensitive to the size change of the area of interest.
