An Empirical Study on the Present Situation of Public Entrepreneurship Service Management

In order to promote the implementation of “Mass Entrepreneurship”, this paper adopts the data of 2015 National floating population dynamic Monitoring Survey (Volume B) to carry out the research to show the present situation of service management of mass entrepreneurship. The subject of this research includes the entrepreneur's employment status and situation and the basic public health guarantee of entrepreneur. And then make some discussions on the publicity of entrepreneurship (especially targeting women and high education professionals), continuing education, the development of other regions, the implementation of the safeguards system and the health knowledge education etc, to promote public entrepreneurship service level.
