Is GEM Listing Meaningful to the Company?

The current overall development of China's GEM is good, but there are still problems such as the listed companies' ability to maintain sustainable growth and the opportunity to borrow money for listing. This article analyzes the 54 companies listed on the GEM of the information transmission, software and information technology service industries and concludes that the overall change in total profits is declining and is linear with the industry's full cost characteristics, main business income, and listing conditions. Positively related conclusions have drawn that the industry still has the motivation of artificially manipulating accounting statements and the weak ability of sustainable growth.
