Quality Control in UMTS and LTE Networks using Tensor Methods

This paper presents the results on evaluation of quality of service parameters in mobile networks. The methodology is based on measuring the energy parameters of the radio interface and assessment congestion of channel resources. The main purpose of the article is to present a Tensor-Based method for reducing the dimensionality of data and prediction quality of coverage. It is shown that the drive-test measurement data can be modeled as low rank tensor.
