Phase Noises of Two Identical Mutually Coupled Spin-Transfer Nanooscillators

In this work the expressions for calculation of the amplitude and phase noise of two identical mutually coupled spin-transfer nanooscillators (STNO) are investigated. The use of such systems of coupled oscillators is a promising method of adding the power of several STNOs and reduce the level of phase noise. The paper describes a method for obtaining expressions for the spectral power density of amplitude and phase noise based on the coupled Slavin-Tiberkevich equations in the presence of thermal white Gaussian noise. The paper shows which of the parameters have the greatest impact on the noise properties of the system of two related identical STNO.
