Investigation of statistical algorithms for prediction of unsuccessful LTE signaling connections

Algorithms for forecasting of quality and performance indicators are a key point in terms of the technical and commercial aspects of operation and design of modern mobile networks. In this paper, statistical characteristics of random processes related to the percentage of unsuccessful LTE network signaling connections are considered. As algorithms for forecasting, methods such as simple linear regression and moving average in association with statistical methods as ways to improve the accuracy of forecasts are considered.
