Explorative Data Analytics of Brain Tumour Data Using R

Day to day there is a huge growth of Medical data bases and which in turn posing challenge to the research community in effective analysis for the identification of a particular decease in particular brain cancer. There are several factors which influence the growth of cancer cells. There may be some symptoms which may be common to other deceases. This paper addresses implementation of various Explorative Data Analytics techniques. This will be helpful to the research community for effective analysis of the brain tumor data set. In particular looking towards visual analytics to understand and analyze the data set in an efficient manner. This approach has given conclusion on Mortality rate of Persons and in particular comparison of Male mortality versus Female mortality rate due to brain cancer. Apart from that various Data Mining techniques like Decision trees etc also applied for the analysis of brain tumor data.
