Application of the Fuzzy Logic for Information Analysis in Communication Networks and Systems for Power Utility Automation

This paper presents an opportunity for application of the Fuzzy Logic for analysis of the information flows from the Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, which support the operation of power system facilities (power plants, power substations). The paper provides an example and formulates the practical problem related the information analysis. A solution based on the application of the fuzzy logic theory is proposed.
