Digital Model of a Document in a University Document Repository

The building of a centralized university document repository is a challenge posed by multiple factors - heterogeneous processes and procedures where users and applications with different rights create and use diverse documents. The article presents a model of a document in a digital repository. It supports heterogeneous metadata that facilitates the search for and use of documents by users and external systems and their automated retrieval for the needs of various institutional procedures.
