Design Consideration of Induction Brazing Systems

The process of induction brazing is a dedicated application of the induction heating which requires special attention during the estimation and design of the systems used to apply it. This comes from the specific requirements defined by the materials properties used and by the needs of specific temperature profile required during the process. In this paper we will review the key moments during design of the induction brazing systems by means of power converters and it's matching to the load. Achieving of the maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the energy transfer is the main goal.
